Our wonderful Chef Shona has been a Private Chef for the last 10 years cooking worldwide for various clients in their villas, yachts and chalets. Previously having trained in guest experience at Le Manoir Aux Quat' Saisons, Raymond Blanc's flagship, 5* Hotels and 2* Michelin Restaurants.
Nutrition is at the centre of our guests experience. Our food is healthy and balanced - often plant-based, but we choose to completely cater to our guests' preferred tastes and needs. Shona enjoys sourcing food locally and only buying organic produce. We strive to be kind and sustainable to our surroundings, this includes being as reducing our food waste and being as plastic free as possible.
